All orders will be processed a.s.a.p. but delays are being experienced due to COVID 19 shipping delays. Expected delivery dates will be provided upon receipt of orders. Please contact our store prior to ordering if concerned.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment from the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been despatched from warehouse, providing carrier company and tracking number.
Due to the ongoing worldwide health concerns from COVID -19, there has been a many disruptions surrounding logistics, travel and shipments.
Be assured that during this time Oscar and Mila will still work to our full capacity in assuring you get your orders ASAP.
In some instances, it is difficult for our suppliers to predict exact shipping details from overseas sources.

Domestic Shipping Rates
For all shipping rates you are requested to add the products of your choice to the "ADD TO QUOTE" Box.
After submission of this request you will receive a further email advising you of shipping rate to your specific address. This may be in the form of a draft order where you can then proceed with the purchase of the product which will include the shipping rate.
* Deliveries requiring special arrangements or conditions beyond carriers’ standard terms will be subject to extra costs, for example extra heavy or bulky goods, high rise apartment delivery, upstairs delivery, or other. Quotation will be provided before your order is processed.
* Deliveries are made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. Specific times frames cannot be provided. Deliveries are provided by sub-contract carrier/courier companies.
Email notifications will be sent on dispatch of goods.
Extra costs may be involved including heavy goods.
Note: PO Boxes are not acceptable for delivery address.
Please ensure someone is available to take delivery as 2nd delivery arrangements will incur extra charges prior to 2nd delivery.
All deliveries for stock items should be completed within 14 days from placing of order. Outside Metropolitan areas may take longer.
Delivery times for Pre-Orders or for stock currently not available will be advised at time of order.
Orders placed for items ordered that are either out of stock or Pre-Orders from suppliers overseas, shall pay a 50% Deposit prior and the balance prior to despatch of goods from holding warehouse.
Draft orders will be provided outlining total costs and deposit required for confirmation of Pre-Orders.
Receipt of Delivery
Before signing for goods, please unpack and check your goods for any damage or faults.
Make note on delivery receipt and notify driver to initial your comments. Take photos if possible.
Notify Oscar and Mila within 48 hours of receipt of goods of any damage or faults.
